The answer to the second question is we our a management consulting company providing solutions that increase quality and lower costs. We use our expertise in process efficiency and technology implementation to provide our customers with strategies and implementation support to take their business to the next level. Simply stated we help you “Do what you do better™”. We work with small and midsize companies transform their organization in to a proactive and streamlined organization positioned for growth. History Kukura Business Solutions began as a software development company providing services to small and government organizations. Over the years, as needs changed and the company matured, the company transformed into a small and midsize business process solutions company. We provide business and technology consulting and outsourcing services. Everything we do is focused to strengthen the efficiency core™ of small and midsize organizations. Culture We facilitate the fusion of business processes, information, and technology to implement cost effective solutions to increase quality and lower cost. The founders of Kukura wanted to develop a culture that is proactive and service oriented. Manage the Profitability of the company He is an instructor to APS Academy for the Advancement of Small, Minority- and Women-owned Enterprises (AAAME) on the subjects of operational efficiency and technology. He also is an advisor\mentor in both the Athena Powerlink and AAAME programs. He currently serves on the Athena Powerlink Governing Board and Small Business Leadership Council for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of commerce. He previously served on the YMCA Technology council and is the former Chairman of the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce Membership Advisory Council. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University in a BS in Computer Information Systems.
